When Should I Scrape My Tongue?

Doctor FrazierIn what order should the scraping of the tongue be? before or after brushing or does it matter?

Dr. Frazier:In my opinion it doesn't matter when you choose to scrap your tongue, before or after toothbrushing is fine. I do recommend flossing before brushing however.
